There is 2 pieces of good news and 2 pieces of bad news.
First, the good news: the 20nm product families: Kintex UltraScale and Virtex UltraScale, which were verbally notified of a 25% price increase earlier, are now officially confirmed to be a 20% price increase, with a 5% reduction in the rate of price increase; the entire Zynq7000 series, which was notified of a 20% price increase during AMD‘s earlier conference call, is now being adjusted to include the XC7Z0000 series of the COP series (a low-cost series). series) of XC7Z007S ~ XC7Z020 excluded from the list of price increases, this is a good news for customers.
Bad news: in October to avoid 20nm shutdown, only the 20nm series of devices planned to increase prices by 25%, now officially released price increases involving a number of series of products. Before the price increase effective date is planned for January 1, 2025, is now advanced to December 14, 2024, the date of change and ALTERA price increase effective time is similar to that of only about a month‘s buffer time.
