    Advanced Processes and Technologies
    The Virtex UltraScale family utilizes an advanced 16nm FinFET process (14nm/16nm FinFET node for some products) combined with AMD‘s third-generation 3D IC technology and Stacked Silicon Interconnect (SSI) technology that breaks through the limitations of Moore‘s Law.
    Together, these technologies provide the highest signal processing power and serial I/O bandwidth to meet the most demanding design needs.
    Rich Feature Set and Functionality
    The Virtex UltraScale family provides a virtual monolithic design experience with rich clocking resources and flexible inter-register routing lines that support operating frequencies in excess of 600MHz.
    The family of devices integrates up to 38 TOPs (22 TeraMACs) of DSP compute performance optimized for fixed and floating point computation, including INT8 for AI inference.
    Provides up to 128 32.75 Gb/s transceivers supporting backplane, chip-to-optical module and chip-to-chip communications.
    Integrates third-generation PCIe Gen3x16 integrated blocks for 100G applications and supports up to 2,666Mb/s of DDR4 memory and up to 500Mb of on-chip memory cache.
