Artix UltraScale+ is a family of FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array)

products from XILIXN based on an advanced 16nm architecture with

excellent performance/power ratio and high scalability.
    Product Features
    Ultra-Compact Packaging:
    Artix UltraScale+ FPGAs utilize integrated fan-out (InFO) packaging technology, resulting in a significant form factor reduction of up to 70% over traditional chip packages, as well as a 73% reduction in thickness.
    This packaging technology not only provides higher compute density, but also improves thermal and power distribution, optimizing time-of-flight and signal integrity.
    Efficient I/O performance:
    The Artix UltraScale+ FPGA is equipped with transceivers up to 16Gb/s for advanced protocols, ensuring high-speed data transfer.
